Ciara Tuite is a visual artist and writer originally from the Midlands, Ireland. Her work is multidisciplinary, using imagery and word to explore dark yet real elements with a touch of colourful serenity and artistic licence.

Themes such as body and mind connectivity, identity of the body in space and in motion are often approached with curiosity and rawness. It is an artistic response to exploring ourselves physically, mentally, and artistically, breaking down barriers and digging deep into the soul, the body moves and is moved.

She is also heavily influenced by the sense of place and the natural environment which is forever changing - change being the only constant resulting in fluidity and abstraction within her work.

Her paintings/prints and word are in response to the surrounding landscape as it transforms throughout the seasons and through the eyes of the viewer. It is based on her time spent within the elements (trees, lakes, hills, rocks), noticing nature's rhythm on her journeys through the hidden heartlands and beyond.
